Topping out ceremony marks milestone in Legacy House build
JMac successfully hosted the topping out ceremony for Legacy House, signifying the completion of one of the major stages in the project.
With the last beam of the roof now installed, JMac is one step closer to completing the Legacy House build, a multi-purpose care centre located in Brisbane that will provide support services for veterans and their families.
Since commencing works in February 2025, around 90% of structural steel has been completed and roof works are now underway. Following roof completion, works will progress to internal fit-out including the installation of the building lift.
Throughout the project, JMac has helped deliver cost efficiencies for Legacy Brisbane through long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, enabling discounted materials and rates.
As a long-standing partner of Legacy Brisbane, this reflects our commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for veterans and their families.
From planning through to delivery, we have worked in close collaboration with Legacy Brisbane as a trusted partner, and we look forward to continuing this approach through to completion.
