Training and Development
Our commitment to our employees is demonstrated through a range of practical, forward thinking and focused initiatives.
JMac supports and encourages site-based personnel to further their development by offering apprenticeships and traineeships. Programs available include Certificate III in Landscape Construction and Parks & Gardens along with various building apprenticeships.
20 Year Club
The 20 Year Club celebrates long term employees and their ongoing commitment to JMac Constructions and the BMD Group. Established in 2009, the 20 Year Club has grown to 113 members in 2022. Each year, new members are inducted by Group Board Chairman and Managing Director Mick Power AM at a special celebratory event.
The continued success of the club illustrates JMac and BMD’s commitment to valuing and developing their people.
