About the role
Due to significant growth opportunities in the region, JMac Constructions are in the market for an experienced Building Estimator to price a range of diverse building projects in South East Queensland.
Estimating projects in;
- State and Local Council sector
- Public recreational Spaces
- Commercial Infrastructure
To be successful in this role, you will need
- 5+ years in the Commercial Estimating.
- Tertiary education in Building and construction would be favourable
- First principle estimating experience
- To be able to develop subcontractor work packages and review
