Outcomes

  • At the client’s request, JMac fast tracked the first oval to achieve practical completion before Christmas 2020, coordinating turf supply from South Australia during a high-demand period.
  • The team arranged temporary power supply to support irrigation, amenities and car park lighting when permanent site power was delayed.
  • Open communication with Stockland, Hume City Council and Spiire supported management of design clashes, civil handover delays and changing site conditions.
  • The project was delivered during COVID-19 restrictions, with the team managing administration, lead time, staffing and delivery challenges.
  • Quality management through inspection and test plans supported a smooth handover and high-quality sporting and play facilities for the community.
