About the project
JMac delivered landscaping works across all 22 stages of Capestone, a 300-hectare master planned community in Mango Hill, north of Brisbane. Located on a former cattle grazing property and bordered by Moreton Bay Marine Park, the estate includes a 13-hectare saline lake, town and business centre, open space network, school, recreational facilities and more than 2,000 homes.
Scope
Delivery of landscaping works across 22 stages of the master planned community
Construction of entry statements and landscape treatments across the estate
Delivery of community parks and open space areas
Undertook revegetation works across the development
Provided long-term maintenance across completed landscaping areas
Coordination of works across multiple stages to support accelerated delivery programs
Worked as part of the broader BMD Group delivery model, integrating with BMD Urban, Empower and Urbex from design through to completion
Outcomes
