Estimator
The role
Due to significant growth opportunities in North Queensland, Jmac are in the market for a Landscape Estimator to price a range of diverse landscape projects in the Townsville region. This role will be based from our Townsville office in North Ward.
Estimating projects in:
- Land development – (Landscape works for Residential and Industrial Sub-divisions).
- Maintenance and Public Infrastructure.
- Streetscapes and walkways.
- Commercial infrastructure.
Desired Skills and experience include:
- 1-4 years + experience in Construction industry
- A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
- First principle estimating experience.
- Development of subcontractor work packages and review.
