JMac continued to build momentum across community infrastructure, landscapes, buildings and public spaces in FY26, supported by enduring client relationships, growing regional capability and a diverse portfolio of projects. During the year, JMac generated $84 million in revenue, reached practical completion on 37 projects and secured 42 new projects, with 81% of projects delivered for repeat clients. North Queensland also achieved record turnover of $26 million, representing 38% growth on FY25.

A major FY26 milestone was the completion of the $19 million Firth Park redevelopment for the City of Gold Coast. The project delivered a competition-level netball facility featuring 24 courts, new and refurbished amenities, spectator infrastructure, car parking and extensive landscaping.

Despite more than one metre of rain and four flood events during construction, the project was completed on time and on budget.

JMac General Manager Jason Lindsay said the year demonstrated the strength of the business’s people, capability and client relationships.

"FY26 demonstrated what our teams can achieve by combining practical construction expertise with strong relationships and a clear focus on client outcomes. With a growing portfolio and significant opportunities across sport, recreation and community infrastructure, JMac is well positioned to continue creating places that communities value and clients trust to last."

JMac enters FY27 with $42 million in work in hand and a continued focus on sport and recreation, community infrastructure, public open space and specialist building projects.
