North Shore is Stockland’s newest master planned community in Queensland and is set among 1,000 hectares with plans for the estate to one day be home to 15,000 Townsville residents. Once completed, North Shore will also boast schools, shopping centres, churches, child care centres, industrial park, leisure centre and 25 hectares of recreational space.
JMAC was engaged to undertake a range of landscaping services, including construction of the entry statement, landscaping of the main entry boulevard, installation of over 200 ex-ground trees, coloured footpaths, construction of two rock entry walls and 10 hectares of turf and major parks with play equipment shade structures.
