Moorebank Joint Venture, $750,000 (December 2005 – April 2008)
The master planned Georges Fair development at Moorebank was JMAC's first journey into New South Wales. JMAC constructed the streetscapes for the first stage of the estate as well as landscaping the sales office. The centre piece of this new estate is the large amphitheatre including curved concrete walls, paths & lights.
At completion, the 103 hectare site will boast an exclusive and broad range of housing styles ranging from medium density townhouse and terrace homes to grand family homes, many which have been designed by some of Sydney’s leading architects.
