Springfield, Qld
Springfield Land Corporation, $30 million (March 2009 – May 2011)
Inspirationally creative, Robelle Domain has emerged as an engaging, diverse and vibrant public space that is rich in innovation and value for money initiatives.
Covering 25 hectares Robelle Domain, formerly Springfield Town Centre Parklands, was conceived to provide a link between many of Springfield’s major precincts. JMac was engaged as principal contractor for the design and construct fixed sum contract to manage the project from concept through to construction, commissioning and handover.
JMac’s value-engineering methods reduced the contract value and enabled the client to re-invest funds back into the project and deliver more scope than was initially anticipated.
