JMAC was engaged to undertake rehabilitation and revegetation for the open space and parkland areas including extensive structural landscaping. This incorporated 80,000m² of planting areas; 20,000m² of turf areas; planting of over 140,000 plant items ranging in size from tube stock to 400l; 500m of acoustic fencing and pool fencing; construction of architecturally designed entry walls; 1500m² of stone washed, acid washed and exposed aggregate footpaths; 30,000m² of mosaic burning and ash bed seeding around an environmentally sensitive ecosystem. Maintenance and monitoring of the works was also required for a two year period following completion.
