Ben has almost 10 years of industry experience having worked in a number of roles for numerous companies including Super Gardens, Country Energy and Higgins Roofing. At the commencement of his career, Ben also ran his own business, Better Holmes Landscaping and Garden Care, where he was responsible for full management including customer liaison, stock ordering, monthly performance reporting, staff training, administration, paving and machine operation.
In 2008, Ben joined JMac as the founding Manager of the company’s operations in Victoria, and has since become a valuable member of the national management team. He is largely responsible for expanding JMac’s operations in the region and manages all contracts and staff.
