Wayne has over 35 years of experience within the building and construction industry, 15 of these spent with JMac. Key projects that Wayne has worked on include Parkwood Estate at Forest Lakes, Pacific Pines at Gaven, The Boardwalk at Coolum and Jacob’s Ridge at Ormeau. His involvement in these projects has incorporated direct liaison and coordination with LA’s, Engineers and the client.
With some of these projects still ongoing, Wayne has been responsible for developing long-term successful working relationships with all involved. His key strengths include project implementation on time and within budgetary requirements and his ability to regularly exceed client expectations is further reinforced by his strong communication and management skills and his qualifications as a nominee QBSA licensed builder for JMac.
